Progress photo app
The progress photo app that lines them up.
Alterio shows your last photo over the camera, so each one is taken the same way. Then it lines them up, so you can slide between them and see what weeks and months have done.
How it works
Taken the same way. Every time.
A ghost of your last photo
Your last photo floats faintly over the camera, as strong or as faint as you like. Line yourself up with it, and every shot matches: same angle, same distance, same pose.
The same set-up, every time
A grid to keep you straight, a 3 or 10 second timer so the phone can stay on the shelf, and a note of your own, like “same spot, same light”, shown each time you take one.
Slide between them
Drag a line across two photos to wipe from one to the other, or set them side by side. Share a comparison as one picture, with both dates and the time between them.
A rhythm that suits you
Daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Home shows what’s due, and a repeating reminder can go in your phone’s calendar.
Blind mode
Hide a timeline’s photos until a reveal day you choose, so you can’t pick at day-to-day noise. Then see them all at once.
Not just bodies
Hair, skin, a plant, a room you’re doing up. Bring in photos you already have and date them for the day they were taken. Keep numbers, like your weight or waist, and recordings beside them.
Small changes. Real growth.
Same pot.
Look how far it’s come.
A little different every day. A world of difference when you look back. Line up your photos and let time tell the story.
- 01Keep your perspective.
Use your last photo as a guide for the next.
- 02Make the invisible visible.
Slide between moments. See what changed.
Private by default
Your photos live on your phone. Sync keeps an encrypted copy with your account so your other devices have it. Only you can see it, and you can switch it off. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data. See the privacy policy.
Waiting list
